Reporting live from the Malaysian Nationals 2009 this is QJ Wong!
Round 12 is underway and several players have already booked in their slots for the top 8, With Sam Eng standing tall with 28 points after round 11, while Day 1 leader Yin Zhen Yao stands at 26. Wong Weng Sheng and Zac Hill both stands at 25 and are almost-guranteed to be in the top 8 with a intentional draw.
That leaves 4 more slots for the top 8 with 5 more on 24 points who are Tan Chuen Hwa, Ong Whey Whey, Bryan Chen, James Lau and Wong Qin Jin (hey!, that's me!) while Joe Soh at 22 points has a shot at the top 8 if he beats his round 12 opponent.
